1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to the Town of Monte Vista, Lake County;
3	repealing ch. 10867, 1925, Laws of Florida; abolishing the
4	town and transferring its assets and liabilities to the
5	Board of County Commissioners of Lake County; providing an
6	effective date.

8	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10	Section 1. Chapter 10867, 1925, Laws of Florida, is
11	repealed and the Town of Monte Vista is dissolved. All assets
12	and liabilities of the town are transferred to the Board of
13	County Commissioners of Lake County.
14	Section 2. This act shall take effect October 1, 2003.
