  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the state's space industry;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to provide

  4         for industry-driven research to leverage

  5         resources in support of the state's space

  6         industry and its expansion, diversification,

  7         and transition to commercialization; providing

  8         an effective date.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

12         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to provide for and

13  support industry-driven research to leverage the state's

14  resources in support of Florida's space industry and its

15  expansion, diversification, and transition to

16  commercialization.

17         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

18  law.
