  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to comprehensive planning;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to revise

  4         laws relating to development surrounding

  5         military installations to ensure compatible

  6         zoning regulations and community growth;

  7         providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

12  relating to development surrounding military installations to

13  ensure compatible zoning regulations and community growth.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
