15	Between line(s) 480 and 481, insert:
16	(w) For replacement of a licensed nursing home on the same
17	site, or within 3 miles of the same site, provided the number of
18	licensed beds does not increase.
19	(x) For consolidation or combination of licensed nursing
20	homes or transfer of beds between licensed nursing homes within
21	the same district, by providers that operate multiple nursing
22	homes within that district, provided there is no increase in the
23	district total of nursing home beds and the relocation does not
24	exceed 30 miles from the original location.
