15	Between line(s) 1122 and 1123, insert:
16	Section 16. Subsection (26) of section 415.102, Florida
17	Statutes, is amended to read:
18	415.102 Definitions of terms used in ss. 415.101-
19	415.113.--As used in ss. 415.101-415.113, the term:
20	(26) "Vulnerable adult" means a person 18 years of age or
21	older whose ability to perform the normal activities of daily
22	living or to provide for his or her own care or protection is
23	impaired due to a long-termmental, emotional, physical, or
24	developmental disability or dysfunctioning, or brain damage, or
25	the infirmities of aging.

29	the council; amending s. 415.102, F.S.; revising the definition
