  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to speciality license plates;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to enact

  4         legislation creating a license plate to benefit

  5         the American Cancer Society; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

11  legislation creating a license plate to benefit the American

12  Cancer Society.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
