  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to professional service

  3         providers; expressing the legislative intent to

  4         revise laws relating to the duties and

  5         responsibilities of professional service

  6         providers; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to the duties and responsibilities of professional

12  service providers.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
