  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to state agencies; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to revise laws relating

  4         the process by which state agencies establish

  5         fees; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

10  relating to the process by which state agencies establish

11  fees.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
