15	Remove lines 2920-2927, and insert:
16	(a) The defendant enters into an agreement for deferred
17	prosecution or agrees to enter a pretrial intervention program;
18	(b) The defendant is acquitted;
19	(c) The defendant is adjudicated guilty;
20	(d) Adjudication of guilt of the defendant is withheld; or
21	(e) The defendant is found guilty by a judge or jury.
