18	prosecution or agrees to enter a pretrial intervention program;
19	(b) The defendant is acquitted;
20	(c) The defendant is adjudicated guilty;
21	(d) Adjudication of guilt of the defendant is withheld; or
22	(e) The defendant is found guilty by a judge or jury.
