18	Florida Statutes, to read:
19	903.046 Purpose of and criteria for bail determination.--
20	(3) If a defendant is charged with a second or subsequent
21	felony for a dangerous crime as defined in s. 907.041(4) within
22	3 years after the date of a prior felony conviction, regardless
23	of whether adjudication was withheld, the defendant forfeits the
24	right to a presumption in favor of release on nonmonetary
25	conditions as provided in s. 907.041.
