  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to county funding of

  3         court-related functions; expressing the

  4         legislative intent to revise laws relating to

  5         county funding of court-related functions;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to county funding of court-related functions.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
