13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 18, between lines 4 and 5,

16 insert:
17 (7) An attorney or law firm may not maintain an
18 ownership interest of any kind, including a limited liability
19 interest, in a magnetic resonance imagining facility where
20 automobile accident clients of the attorney or law firm are
21 referred for testing. If the facility in question is suspected
22 of being in violation of this subsection, the agency shall
23 revoke the license, impose a moratorium, and impose fines to
24 be determined by the agency.
