13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 57, line 23, after the period
15  
16  insert:  During any action for benefits under subsection (1),
17  an offer of judgment or demand for judgment may pertain only
18  to benefits payable under subsection (1). Only after
19  resolution of the underlying PIP benefits under subsection (1)
20  may a party file an offer of judgment or demand for judgment
21  pertaining to attorney's fees and costs awardable pursuant to
22  this subsection.
