11  Senator Alexander moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 13, lines 2 and 3, delete those lines,
15  
16  and insert:  business name or management as another clinic.
17  Mobile clinics shall be licensed by the agency in accordance
18  with the requirements of this part and must provide to the
19  agency, at least quarterly, their projected street locations
20  to enable the agency to locate and inspect such clinics.
21  Mobile clinics engaged in magnetic resonance imaging services
22  shall be accredited within one year after licensure pursuant
23  to s. 400.915(11). However, after such mobile clinics receive
24  accreditation, such clinics shall be inspected annually by the
25  agency or other person under contract with the agency, in
26  accordance with nationally recognized performance criteria and
27  testing of machine calibration and electrical equipment and
28  systems. The agency may adopt rules to implement the
29  provisions of this section.
