  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to motor vehicle insurance;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to reform

  4         laws relating to motor vehicle insurance;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to reform laws

10  relating to motor vehicle insurance.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect October 1, 2003.
