14 On page 2, between lines 26 and 27,

16 insert:
17 Section 3. Paragraph (n) of subsection (1) of section
18 500.03, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
19 500.03 Definitions; construction; applicability.--
20 (1) For the purpose of this chapter, the term:
21 (n) "Food establishment" means any factory, food
22 outlet, or any other facility manufacturing, processing,
23 packing, holding, or preparing food, or selling food at
24 wholesale or retail. The term does not include any business or
25 activity that is regulated under chapter 509 or chapter 601 or
26 any business where the food offered is limited to prepackaged
27 items that are sold without additions or preparations or that
28 are in sealed containers from the manufacturer. The term also
29 does not include any establishments that pack fruits and
30 vegetables in their raw or natural states, including those
31 fruits or vegetables that are washed, colored, or otherwise
