  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Department of Management

  3         Services; expressing the legislative intent to

  4         transfer the Division of Retirement within the

  5         department to the State Board of

  6         Administration; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

11  legislation to transfer the Division of Retirement within the

12  Department of Management Services to the State Board of

13  Administration.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
