15	Remove line(s) 257-266, and insert:
16	Section 9. The sections of this act amending ss. 489.128,
17	489.532, and 713.02, Florida Statutes, are intended to be
18	remedial in nature and to clarify existing law. The amendments
19	made by these sections of the act shall apply retroactively to
20	all actions, including any action on a lien or bond claim,
21	initiated on or after, or pending as of, the effective date of
22	this act. If the retroactivity of any particular provision of
23	these sections, or its retroactive application to any person or
24	circumstance, is held invalid, this invalidity shall not affect
25	the retroactive application of that particular provision to any
26	other person or circumstance and shall not affect the
27	retroactive application of any other provision in these sections
28	of the act.
