  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the construction industry;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to revise

  4         laws relating to the right-to-cure notice

  5         provided to construction contractors; providing

  6         an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to the right-to-cure notice provided to construction

12  contractors.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
