14         On page 26, line 28, through page 27, line 7, delete

18         Section 10.  For fiscal year 2003-2004, the sum of
19  $12.5 million is hereby transferred from the Nonmandatory Land
20  Reclamation Trust Fund to the General Revenue Fund.
