  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to wildlife and environmental

  3         area designations; designating the Sandy Sprunt

  4         Dove Creek Hammocks Wildlife and Environmental

  5         Area in Monroe County; directing the Fish and

  6         Wildlife Conservation Commission to erect

  7         suitable markers; providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  Sandy Sprunt Dove Creek Hammocks Wildlife

12  and Environmental Area designated; commission to erect

13  suitable markers.--

14         (1)  That portion of Monroe County known as the Dove

15  Creek Hammocks Wildlife and Environmental Area is designated

16  as "Sandy Sprunt Dove Creek Hammocks Wildlife and

17  Environmental Area."

18         (2)  The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is

19  directed to erect suitable markers designating Sandy Sprunt

20  Dove Creek Hammocks Wildlife and Environmental Area as

21  described in subsection (1).

22         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

23  law.
