15	Remove line(s) 261-167, and insert:

17	(4) PERFORMANCE BY TRAINEES.--The practice of a trainee is
18	exempt from the requirements of this chapter while the trainee
19	is performing assigned tasks under the direct supervision of a
20	board certified anesthesiologist in conjunction with an approved
21	program. Certified registered nurse anesthetists shall not be
22	used to train or supervise trainees. Before providing anesthesia
23	services, including the administration of anesthesia in
24	conjunction with the requirements of an approved program, the
25	trainee must clearly convey to the patient that he or she is a
26	trainee.
