15	Remove line(s) 45-52, and insert:
16	(3) CESSATION OF OPERATION.--Any blood establishment
17	determined to be operating in the state in a manner not
18	consistent with the provisions of 21 C.F.R. parts 211 and 600-
19	640 and in a manner that constitutes a danger to the health or
20	well-being of donors or recipients, as evidenced by the federal
21	Food and Drug Administration's inspection reports and the
22	revocation of the blood establishment's license or registration,
23	shall be in violation of this part and shall immediately cease
24	all operations in the state.
