11  Senator Fasano moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 21, between lines 27 and 28,
15  
16  insert:  
17         Section 3.  Notwithstanding paragraph 11.13(1)(b),
18  Florida Statutes, or any other law, the salaries of members of
19  the Senate and the House of Representatives shall not be as
20  calculated according to that paragraph; instead, those members
21  shall be paid salaries at the rate that existed on June 30,
22  2003. In addition, notwithstanding any other law, the salaries
23  of the Governor, the Lieutenant Governor, the members of the
24  Cabinet, and the heads of all departments of the executive
25  branch shall be those that existed on June 30, 2003. This
26  section expires June 30, 2004.
