11  The Committee on Children and Families recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 3, lines 11 through 24, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  have previously been were foster parents. If a
18  foster home is no longer licensed and the foster parent does
19  not become an adoptive parent, the information made exempt
20  under this subsection, with the exception of the social
21  security numbers and the personal and sensitive information
22  concerning the members of the foster family, shall become
23  public information 5 years after the foster home is no longer
24  licensed.
25         (d)  If an applicant for a foster home license does not
26  receive the license, the information made exempt under this
27  subsection, with the exception of the social security numbers
28  and the personal and sensitive information concerning the
29  members of the applicant foster family, shall become public
30  information 5 years after the date of the first documented
31  inquiry.
