18	Statutes, is amended to read:
19	559.935 Exemptions.--
20	(2) Sections 559.928, 559.929, 559.9295, 559.931, and
21	559.932, 559.933(7), and 559.9335(5)shall not apply to:
22	(a) Sellers of travel directly issuing airline tickets who
23	have contracted with the Airlines Reporting Corporation for the
24	most recent consecutive 3 years or more under the same ownership
25	and control and who do not offer vacation certificates; or
26	(b) Sellers of travel offering vacation certificates who
27	have contracted with the Airlines Reporting Corporation for the
28	most recent consecutive 5 years or more under the same ownership
29	and control.
