17	Section 13. Subsection (6) is added to section 570.382,
18	Florida Statutes, to read:
19	570.382 Arabian horse racing; breeders’ and stallion
20	awards; Arabian Horse Council; horse registration fees; Florida
21	Arabian Horse Racing Promotion Fund.--
22	(6) AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES.--Notwithstanding any contrary
23	provisions of law and in order to enhance the horse breeding
24	industry of the state, any licensed entity which is permitted to
25	race Arabian horses and would be required to make contributions
26	to the Florida Arabian Horse Racing Promotion Fund may conduct
27	at any time any activity authorized by law and being conducted
28	within 35 miles of its licensed facility by any other horserace
29	permitholder licensed pursuant to chapter 550.
