14         On page 43, lines 12-15, delete those lines

16  and insert:  
17         4.  After the distribution under subparagraphs 1., 2.,
18  and 3., 0.095 0.065 percent shall be transferred to the Local
19  Government Half-cent Sales Tax Clearing Trust Fund and
20  distributed pursuant to s. 218.65.
