14 On page 52, lines 10-18, delete those lines

16 and insert: Section 32. Paragraphs (f) and (g) of subsection
17 (2) of section 318.21, Florida Statutes, are amended to read:
18 318.21 Disposition of civil penalties by county courts.
19 --All civil penalties received by a county court pursuant to
20 the provisions of this chapter shall be distributed and paid
21 monthly as follows:
22 (2) Of the remainder:
23 (f) Five Five-tenths percent shall be paid to the
24 clerk of the court for administrative costs.
25 (g)1. If the violation occurred within a municipality
26 or a special improvement district of the Seminole Indian Tribe
27 or Miccosukee Indian Tribe, 56.4 percent shall be paid to that
28 municipality or special improvement district.
29 2. If the violation occurred within the unincorporated
30 area of a county that is not within a special improvement
31 district of the Seminole Indian Tribe or Miccosukee Indian

1 Tribe, 56.4 percent shall be deposited into the fine and
2 forfeiture fund established pursuant to s. 142.01 paid to that
