13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 152, between lines 3 and 4,

16 insert:
17 Section 146. Subsection (4) is added to section
18 218.25, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 218.25 Limitation of shared funds; holders of bonds
20 protected; limitation on use of second guaranteed entitlement
21 for counties.--
22 (4) Notwithstanding subsections (1) and (2), a county
23 may assign, pledge, or set aside as a trust for the payment of
24 principal or interest on bonds, tax anticipation certificates,
25 or any other form of indebtedness an amount up to 50 percent
26 of the funds received in the prior year.
