14 On page 55, between lines 17 and 18,

16 insert:
17 Section 37. Effective July 1, 2003, subsection (3) is
18 added to section 721.83, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 721.83 Consolidation of foreclosure actions.--
20 (3) a plaintiff shall be required to pay separate
21 filing fees and service charges as provided by general law for
22 each defendant in a consolidated foreclosure action filed
23 pursuant to this section.
