14 On page 29, between lines 28 and 29,

17 Section 13. Effective July 1, 2004, subsection (3) is
18 added to section 29.008, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 29.008 County funding of court-related functions.--
20 (3) A county may continue to fund a legal aid program
21 as a local requirement using funds approved by the board of
22 county commissioners.
