14 On page 10, between lines 2 and 3,

16 insert:
17 Section 9. Subsections (1) and (5) of section 1004.26,
18 Florida Statutes, are amended to read:
19 1004.26 University student governments.--
20 (1) A student government is created on the main campus
21 of each state university. In addition, each university board
22 of trustees may establish a student government on any branch
23 campus or center. Each student government is a part of the
24 university at which it is established.
25 (5) Each student government is a part of the
26 university at which it is established. If an internal
27 procedure of the university student government is disapproved
28 by the university president under s. 229.0082(15), a member of
29 the university board of trustees may request a review of the
30 disapproved procedure at the next meeting of the board of
31 trustees.
