  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to parental and family

  3         involvement in a student's education;

  4         expressing the legislative intent to enact

  5         legislation relating to parental and family

  6         involvement in a student's education; providing

  7         an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

12  legislation relating to parental and family involvement in a

13  student's education.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
