  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to constitutional amendments;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to propose an

  4         amendment to the State Constitution to revise

  5         provisions relating to ad valorem taxation;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to propose an

11  amendment to the State Constitution to revise provisions

12  relating to ad valorem taxation.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
