  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to students with disabilities;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to enact

  4         legislation relating to students with

  5         disabilities; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

10  legislation relating to students with disabilities.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
