  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to school funding; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to revise laws relating

  4         to the FEFP formula to assure equity in funding

  5         for school districts; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature must revise laws as

11  necessary relating to the FEFP formula to assure equity in

12  funding for school districts when considering the annual

13  appropriation of funds for implementing the reduced class size

14  amendment to the State Constitution.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
