13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 3, lines 17-21, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  Commission, any person organized or incorporated
17  under the laws of Florida who files for bankruptcy or who is
18  insolvent, including any successor, assignee, trustee,
19  receiver, or representative of such person, inclusive of those
20  appointed by any court, shall not sell or otherwise transfer
21  personal customer information to a third party that is
22  protected from disclosure by contract or published privacy
23  policy, unless the person obtains the customer's affirmative
24  consent to waive such privacy policy or contract.
