11  Senator Saunders moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 2, lines 1-8, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  
17         (3)  Any blood establishment determined to be operating
18  in the state in a manner not consistent with the provisions of
19  parts 211 and 600-640 of Title 21, Code of Federal
20  Regulations, and in a manner that constitutes a danger to the
21  health or well-being of donors or recipients as evidenced by
22  the federal Food and Drug Administration's inspection reports
23  and the revocation of the blood establishment's license or
24  registration shall be in violation of this part and shall
25  immediately cease all operations in the state.
