17         (10)  WORKERS' COMPENSATION.--When the web-enabled
18  database specified by paragraph (2)(a) becomes operational,
19  the department shall permit access by judges of compensation
20  claims to facilitate review and approval of workers'
21  compensation settlements as provided by s. 440.20(11)(d).
