2          An act relating to the offense of leaving the scene of an
3    accident involving a fatality; amending s. 921.0022, F.S.;
4    providing an enhanced penalty for that offense under the
5    offense severity ranking chart of the Criminal Punishment
6    Code; providing an effective date.

8          Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10          Section 1. Paragraphs (f) and (g) of subsection (3) of
11    section 921.0022, Florida Statutes, are amended to read:
