15	Remove line(s) 1101-1138, and insert:
16	766.1067 Mandatory mediation after suit is filed.--Within
17	120 days after suit being filed, unless such period is extended
18	by mutual agreement of all parties, all parties shall attend in-
19	person mandatory mediation in accordance with s. 44.102 if
20	binding arbitration under s. 766.106 or s. 766.207 has not been
21	agreed to by the parties. The Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
22	shall apply to mediation held pursuant to this section.
