14	Amendment to Amendment (778679) (with title amendment)
15	On line(s) 124, insert:
16	Section 32. Section 466.0115, Florida Statutes, is created
17	to read:
18	466.0115 Expert witness certificate.--
19	(1) Any dentist who holds a valid active license to
20	practice dentistry in any other state, who pays an application
21	fee in an amount set by the board, and who has not had a
22	previous expert witness certificate revoked by the board may
23	apply for a certificate to provide expert dental testimony in
24	connection with any litigation pending in the state.
25	(2) Any expert witness certificate may be denied or
26	revoked for any of the grounds enumerated in s. 466.028.
27	(3) Nothing in this section may be construed to authorize
28	a dentist who is not licensed to practice dentistry in this
29	state to qualify for or otherwise engage in the practice of
30	dentistry in this state.
