15	Remove line(s) 1141-1149, and insert:
16	766.118 Determination of noneconomic damages.--With
17	respect to a cause of action for personal injury or wrongful
18	death resulting from medical negligence, including actions
19	pursuant to s. 766.209, damages recoverable for all noneconomic
20	losses and damages shall not exceed $250,000, regardless of the
21	number of claimants or defendants involved in the action. The
22	limit set in this section shall be adjusted annually in
23	accordance with the changes in the Consumer Price Index as
24	issued by the United States Department of Labor Bureau of Labor
25	Statistics.
