15	Between lines 182 and 183, insert:
16	Section 2. Subsection (7) of section 395.0191, Florida
17	Statutes, is amended to read:
18	395.0191 Staff membership and clinical privileges.--
19	(7) There shall be no monetary liability on the part of,
20	and no cause of action for injunctive relief or damages shall
21	arise against, any licensed facility, its governing board or
22	governing board members, medical staff, or disciplinary board or
23	against its agents, investigators, witnesses, or employees, or
24	against any other person, for any action arising out of or
25	related to carrying out the provisions of this section, absent
26	taken in good faith and without intentional fraud in carrying
27	out the provisions of this section.
