15	Between lines 182 and 183, insert:
16	(19) The Legislature finds, based upon the findings of the
17	Governor’s Select Task Force on Healthcare Professional
18	Liability Insurance, that legislative repeal of the prohibition
19	against creating Medical Malpractice Risk Management Trust Funds
20	in section 627.357, Florida Statutes, and legislative creation
21	of self-insured options for health care providers would ensure
22	that physicians continue to practice in Florida and that those
23	physicians would have the opportunity to purchase affordable
24	professional liability insurance.
