15	Remove line(s) 1167, and insert:
16	or specialty, if the defendant is a specialist. A medical expert
17	opinion submitted on behalf of the defendant shall not be from a
18	health care provider who is employed by the same employer as the
19	defendant or in a professional association, partnership, or
20	joint venture with the defendant.
