15         On page 5, line 23, through
16            page 6, line 6, delete those lines

18  and insert:  employment-type service performed at any given
19  time.
20         (18)  "Workplace" means a room where one or more
21  persons perform work. This section applies to all such
22  workplaces without regard to whether work is occurring at any
23  given time.
