21	(1) That portion of N.W. 125th Street between S.W. 17th
22	Avenue and Biscayne Boulevard in Miami-Dade County is designated
23	as "Toussaint L'Ouverture Boulevard."
24	(2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
25	suitable markers designating Toussaint L'Ouverture Boulevard as
26	described in subsection (1).
